As in most things, planning the process and a lot of prayer will pay great dividends through the process of finding the right staff member. Sometimes though, holidays, vacations and other events get in the way of the process progressing. Here are some tips to ensure your search process continues to keep moving forward:

Not including God in the process

Taking too long to reach out to candidates

Not following up with candidates

Hurrying the process

Setting realistic expectations

Asking the help of a staffing company, if needed
