MinistryJobs.com was started in 1998 by a small non-profit organization whose focus was to create a simple job listing board for Christian organizations. Their goal was to be ministry-minded in helping churches connect with job seekers to help the Kingdom grow.
In 2016, MinistryJobs.com was acquired by Froot Group, a church staffing company, who promised to maintain the focus and values MinistryJobs was founded on.
There are a number of church job boards and large staffing companies, but not many offered the kind of personalized experience to help churches (of any size) and candidates match with each other. We thought, “We can change this!”
We operate MinistryJobs because we see the need for job seekers and churches to find each other. We know from experience that hiring or accepting a job offer isn’t always an easy decision, and we want to be on your side to help you make the best choice!
