Overview

Childcare staff provide a welcoming, caring and safe environment for the children and families of Trinity United Methodist Church.

FLSA: Non-exempt

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome parents and children
  • Make sure each child and child’s belongings have a name tag and label
  • Perform regular care activities with nursery children
  • Engage with the children at all times
  • Maintain a cleanly, sanitized environment
  • Other responsibilities as needed and directed by the Children’s Ministry Director

Qualifications:

  • Previous childcare experience
  • Great people skills
  • Responsible
  • CPR certified (a new certification must be completed within 30 days of being hired)
  • Must be 14 years old

Work Schedule:

  • Varies (an average of 5-8 hours per month)
  • Childcare Staff is needed on Sunday mornings, weeknights and for special events
  • Salary: Hourly ($12.00)
