House parents are direct caregivers responsible for providing residents with consistent structure, guidance, and nurture in the home on a live-in basis. Abiding by approved policies and procedures, they collaborate with other staff members to problem-solve and implement the facility’s structured childcare program. Work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with 1 week off every month. Couples are preferred, but not required.

Being a houseparent is not just a job; it is a ministry.
